THE SAVING TRUTH OF SCRIPTURE
Friday, April 4, 4:00 PM EDT
St. Paul’s Church, Bow & Arrow Streets, Cambridge, MA & Livestreamed
Dr. Scott Hahn
St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology
The philosopher Alasdair MacIntyre once said, "I can only answer the question, ‘What am I to do?’ if I can answer the prior question, ‘Of what story or stories do I find myself a part?’” In this lecture, Dr. Scott Hahn breaks open the one story in which we all play a part – the history of our salvation. Concealed in the Old Testament and revealed in the New Testament, the saving truth of Scripture is revealed as the only foundation on which we begin to know who we are and what we are to do.
Co-sponsored by the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology; St. Paul’s Parish, Harvard Square; St Anselm Institute for Catholic Thought, UVA; St. Peter's Parish, Cambridge; and the Harvard Christian Alumni Society
